Beginning
I have been struggling to stay within a set weight. In high school i weighed around 115 pounds and i am 5′6 and a half and yes the half matters. I now weight around 143. I was very athletic and i still am but i struggle with my eating habits. I love chocolate, cake, cookies, cupcakes, pancakes, and practically anything else that tastes good. I am in college to become a nurse and the busy schedule, stress, bad sleep patterns, and life tends to make me fall into my over eating habits. I have recently lost 7 pounds which was very exciting. I went on spring break and actually got up to run 2 miles each morning but something happened when i got home i went back to my old habits. I dont want to be uncomfortable in my skin anymore. I want my body back i am in my prime so shouldn’t i look like it?
